DESIGN FEATURES

Choose from four, six or eight dual brass burners with automatic reignition at all settings. The burners can produce 16,000 BTUs for professional cooking heat and turn down to 500 BTUs for those delicate jobs like melting chocolate.

Our infrared technology distributes heat more evenly and effectively for superior cooking results. It also eliminates the need for messy lava rock.

Choose black knobs, or let everyone know it's a Wolf with our distinctive red knobs

The stainless steel drip tray pulls out on ball bearing slides, providing a smooth glide to and from the locked position and making it easy to remove and clean.

Our large red control knobs feature four position settings. Chrome bezels surround all knobs.

BURNER GRATES


Porcelain-coated cast iron grates come standard. Porcelain cast iron S-grates are also available.

INFRARED CHARBROILER


The charbroiler is designed with an infrared burner to give the highest quality and most efficient method of gas grilling. A radiant plate with numerous holes distributes the heat evenly over the grate, transferring an intense heat to the food. This sears the outside of the food, leaving the inside tender and juicy. The infrared burner is designed to operate at 16,000 Btu/hr at 100% full heat output.

INFRARED GRIDDLE


The infrared griddle operates at 15,000 Btu/hr for natural gas and 13,000 Btu/hr for LP gas. It is thermostatically controlled, which means once the set temperature is reached, the heat cycles to hold that temperature.

The infrared griddle operates at 15,000 Btu/hr (4.4 kW) for natural gas and 13,000 Btu/hr (3.8 kW) for LP gas. It is thermostatically controlled, which means once the set temperature is reached, the heat cycles to hold that temperature. A double griddle is also available, offering twice the cooking surface.

FRENCH TOP


The 15,000 Btu/hr (4.4 kW) French Top is an optional feature that provides a 22" cooking surface. The concentric rings allow for the surface to expand with the heat while remaining flat. The rings also provide thermal breaks in the cast iron that distribute the heat in a graduated intensity, hottest in the center and coolest around the edges.
