Classic and platinum stainless steel finishes can be cleaned using a soft, non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner like Signature Polish. Apply with a soft 100% lint free cloth. Carbon stainless steel can be cleaned with mild soap and water. To bring out the natural luster of all three finishes, lightly wipe the surface with a water dampened microfiber cloth, followed by a dry polishing chamois.
