The stainless steel baffle filters and grease cups should be washed approximately every month. You may need to wash more often if your cooking style generates large amounts of grease, like frying or wok cooking. All filters are dishwasher safe and designed to fit in most dishwashers. Wolf recommends wiping filters and cups to remove any excess grease before placing in dishwasher. To remove the filters, grasp the center filter along the back edge and pull downward. When filters are dry, remove from dishwasher or sink and reinstall. DO NOT operate the hood without filters. This may cause damage to blowers or other internal components of the hood.
